We have both and both my wife and I prefer the foam pillows. If there was only a way "lock" the pillow to the base. Overall these stay in place and are much more comfortable to use. The blow up ones have tendency to move and shift during use and frequently come off.

Product arrived used. That’s disappointing! The head rest does its job, but keeps coming undone while in the tub. It is comfortable to means practical but annoying that keeps coming undone and that the quality wasn’t there.

Reasonably comfortable. Very reasonably priced That being said DO NOT LEAVE IT IN THE HOT TUB. I didn’t want the dogs to chew on it so I tossed it under the cover and left it in the hot tub over night and the chlorine ate it up. But that’s on me so I’ll be buying another one!
