As you can imagine its tough to find just the right container. With many hours of looking as I could, and weeding out the liar, I ended up going with my heart on this one. The packing on this box at first I thought might be excessive. Until I got it out and got my 1st look. I'm sure many have said the same thing, but wow, it's so much more beautiful than I expected. The finish work on it is nothing short of flawless. While my heart is devastated now, I can say, this is a fitting box as clearly love went into making this. And it is noticed. The craftsmanship is incredible and I truly wish I could thank the person who made this. I really appreciate the dedication to their craft. It shows. Thank you so much.

This was purchased as an urn for a person who enjoyed the outdoors and woodworking. It was much more unique than traditional urns and is well made with a smooth finish and beautiful details.

What I received was exactly what was described. Ordered a different urn from a different company first, but there was issues. I’m glad I went with this one instead. Small screw at the bottom that holds tightly. Plenty of room on inside. Thank you.

It's a beautiful and well crafted Urn. To remove the bottom plate (which slides out) you need a #1 phillips screwdriver. The dimensions, and cubic inches listed on the product page for the medium size Urn are both conflicting and incorrect. The text next to the item show dimensions of 5.5 x 5.5 x 9.5 and a 180 cu/in capacity, yet in the item "description" area below, the exterior size is listed as 5.5 x 5.5 x 9 and the interior dimensions as 5 x 5 x 8. I purchased this urn based on the listed interior dimension, as I did an actual cubic inch calculation prior to purchase which, using those measurements, calculated 200 cu/in and not the listed cu/in of 180. The urn exterior dimensions that I actually received are 5.5 x 5.5 x 9, which matches the size in the description area but not the height listed in the text area which is shown as 9.5" H. The interior dimensions of the urn I received are only 4.5 x 4.5 x 8.75 and not 5 x 5 x 8 which gave me an actual cu/in size of 177.9, not the 180 cu/in listed, or even 200 cu/in if you were to use the interior dimensions as they're listed. The Cremation Association of North America suggests a standard, adult size urn as 200 cu/in. Use your body weight to calculate the size that you need. For every pound that you weigh, you need one (1) cu/in of space. If you weigh 200 lbs, then you need an urn with a 200 cu/in capacity. Simple math. I suggest you allow a few pounds for clothes. I have no clue what they'd weigh after cremation. Most doctors offices subtract about 4 pounds when they weigh you. Other than having conflicting measurements in the listing, especially the interior dimensions, the Urn is beautifully handcrafted and I plan to purchase another. If you weigh 177.9 or less, you should fit in the medium sized urn. Don't hesitate. Buy it.
