These beautiful ombré rollers arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. As stated in other reviews, the roller tops are quite tight and take some effort to get in, however, I was able to remove them with the plastic remover tool provided. That being said, I am so happy with these rollers and am so looking forward to filling them up with all my oily concoctions..... ****Update**** I have used about 12 rollers so far. The media could not be loaded. I LOOOVE these bottles! They’re so perfect for my potions! I don’t have to worry about them breaking when I ship because of how sturdy they are. The colors are gorgeous and bright and the bottles are surprisingly sheer. You can see all of the herbs, glitter and crystals floating inside! Magick! The rollerball is easy to use and leak-proof, and I also really loved the way everything came packaged! I love making essential oil combinations for pain or sleep or energy or illness or whatever and often give them as gifts. These rollers are a great place to store my blends and apply them thinly without getting oil on my hands. These are both beautiful and functional and make great gifts.

I read the complaints related to the product, and though it is tough at first to get product to come through the roller ball, I cannot call this a failing. It allows you or your customer to customize that particular roller-ball. I'll explain; once i have a new roller ball loaded and ready, i tap it on my palm a couple times till the desired amount of product comes out, then i never have to do it again with that particular roller ball. If i had to choose between the two problems, i would rather do this, then have way to much product come out at once from the roller ball. Especially since the product i put into these roller-balls is extremely expensive. They are beautiful and can be disinfected for re use. Thank you for putting together a beautiful, reliable and sturdy product. I will be buying more from you in the future. ... show more

I make essential oil roll ons for my business. I really like the glass bottles because they look nicer. I've always bought the brown tinted ones. I fell in love when I saw these because they're bright and fun and I figured they'd be a good seller. The quality is great for the price and it comes with all you need to do whatever you need to do. I purchased three packs of these gorgeous rollers, and they are definitely pretty, however the roller tops are extremely tight. The metal ball sits in the plastic so tightly it barely lets any oil, if any at all, out. To get any out I *really* have to work the roller hard. I contacted the company about this problem and they basically said it was my problem. That they have sold 1000s of rollers and NO ONE has complained, so it must be my fault. They gave me some troubleshooting tips, but they did not help. I asked if they could send me new/better metal roller tops and they said that I can just return the entire item if I am unhappy. So basically, NO HELP! Buyer beware. If you like beautiful rollers where the oil won't come out, then this product is for you. The one star is because the rollers are actually quite lovely...but completely unusable. I'm going to have to try and find new roller tops to purchase or return them all. ... show more

I absolutely love these bottles! I use them for my essential oils and have ordered them (in smaller quantities) several times. I love to "gift" my essential oil blends and these are the perfect size for my friends and family.
