This is a fun and easy to use inflatable zebra costume. It will make you around a foot and a half taller than you actually are. My dogs are terrified of it. It's easy to move around in. I found that to get in it by myself is easy, but I need help getting the zipper down when it comes time to take it off. On a windy day if I go out in the open the neck wants to bend over slightly in the wind, but so long as I stay behind a building for a wind-block, it works fine. Also, it's comfortable inside it in the shade, but the moment I walk into the sun it becomes like a sauna and I start pouring sweat. It's also extremely hard to see what you're doing in it. At an event I have to have a handler / bodyguard walking around with me to make sure I don't hit anything, run into anything, blow over, stumble on things I can't see, or have kids pull my tail. I also have them to tell me when kids want to see or talk to me, because I can not see them. The window is very small and you can see out of it, but you can't look down, so anything that's below the window up to several feet away is invisible to you, and you have zero peripheral vision. I also use a voice amplifier so that I can be heard through the suit above the sound of live music and a crowd. I'm not sure I could be heard otherwise. Pros: - It looks fantastic. - The quality of the material is nice enough that it isn't going to rip easily. - It's very tall, which is sure to attract attention. - It's lightweight and compacts down to a very small size, so traveling with it is easy. - It inflates very quickly. Within 30 seconds to a minute you'll grow into a full sized zebra. - The fan is easy to install in the back of the suit. - The fan can run on a portable power bank in addition to the battery operated one it comes with. I prefer a portable power bank that I can recharge via USB. - The fan is quiet. - The material is waterproof. - It's opaque and people can't see any of your clothing through it. Cons: - You can't see what you're doing when you're in it. - It requires a second person to help you get out of it. - It requires a second person to act as a bodyguard / handler / set of eyes. - If you go out in the sun it becomes a sauna. - If you're in high wind, the neck will blow over. Conclusion: This inflatable zebra costume is a lightweight very tall instant mascot character.. Be careful with the zipper. Came right off super easily. You need to know how to get a zipper back on just in case. Fragile material, which is likely necessary for the little fan to keep it inflated. Need to use very gently. Otherwise, pretty cool suit.

I got this for use at events where it was in order as well as for some kid’s birthday parties. The costume works fine, but I will say that if you get this, look at the photo first. There is a head pocket that you need to ensure is pulled inside the costume and then put over your head. Sort of like a reverse Poncho. Your head will be in a pocket with a view hole to see out of. I didn’t get that the first few times and thought the design was defective. It was just me! The included blower works fine to inflate the costume. I found that I preferred to use my rechargeable battery that i use to recharge my phones while on the go. That also worked and provided the fan a little more power. The AA battery pack requires 4 x AA batteries to power it. The battery pack has an on/off switch. I am 6’2” tall and weigh 235 lbs. The costume fit me fine. I think I am at the upper limit of the costume though as I felt like the feet covers we just long enough to work for me. Getting in and out is doable by yourself. The last bit of zipper is accessible by using one hand to lift the suit and the other to grab the zipper to finish zipping. Once in, the blower brings in air which helps witht he comfort, but it still felt a little warm inside. If you are claustrophobic you may want to avoid this kind of costume. The inflated design makes it feel a little confining when having to get out or turn off the fan. Everything worked and it does what it says it does. Materials feel durable enough to last for more than one use. The price was fine for the kind of costume. 5 of 5 stars for being what it advertised. ... show more
