Fabric: steams easily but not needed, soft kinda silky and does not attract lint. Releases pet hair with a quick swipe or even a little puff. Neckline lays smooth. Back of top is a ribbed knit which gives stretch without losing shape. I'm sure like all other Cherokees will resist fading. I'm always cold so this will keep the chill from AC away but will need another layer in winter. Fit: I'm 5'5" 170lbs long torso, thick thighs and tummy pooch so was concerned about the slim cut. Medium is perfect! The front lays flat and hides bumps while the stretch in back does the work and follows your curves. I love the tab by the shoulder for badge reel. Pockets fit large phones lengthwise but are tacked 2 inches from the edge at the top. This keeps your phone from falling out when bending over but cannot fit your stethoscope in there. Small secondary pocket has easy entry and wide enough to fit your fist to grab keys or square post its. This is a great and functional design. Purchasing more.
