It's not too difficult to set up to use. The top bath tub need to be removed before it can be folded up. The changing pad and the bottom shelf will stay with the set when it is folded up. It doesn't takes up too much space if it's folded up. But you will need to find anther space for the top bath tub though. It's the perfect height for me. I don't need to bend over, and it didn't add stress to my lower back. I washed my baby at the normal bathtub at the first two weeks. However, that way not only wastes more water, but also adds some stress to my back. This bath tub set helps at my situation.

Not easy to setup alone. Slightly shaky when done but not enough to lose confidence. Has snaps to hold the changing table in place. Good height for my wife and I. 5'3 and 5'8 respectively. No bending. No sore back. The drain port to hose adapter leaks after being setup. You can unscrew the adapter and add thread tape to fix that. 4 stars
