The lamp is simply beautiful and elegant. I totally recommend it. But the most amazing thing was customer service. My son dropped the lamp, breaking the glass and the bulb. I reached out to customer service telling what happened and asking if they'd sell the glass separately. They actually sent me a whole new set for free! (because it was still covered by warranty.) I had Alexa time the set up lol. Took me 10 minutes because I had to tuck some cord away. If I paid attention the first time it would have been 5 minutes. The remote is simple and clicks easily turning the lamp on and off. There is a light bulb and glass shade in this package. Neither were broken! ❤️ Very happy about that!
