This shirt is pretty. The material is soft. I would say it is true to size. It’s sort of a thin material, more for that of a fall day. I love this beautiful top. I'm a 3x so 22 pants and the bottom of the sleeves to me is a tad loose but you can pull the sleeves up and the bottoms don't get stretched out they have a very slim elastic and the stay out. Again love this top and how it's roomy and it didn't shrink when washed or dryed
