I have to say this shacket is really nice. It is a heavy flannel, not really a jacket but for those of us who are always warm anyways that is a plus. Amazon recommended one size, I ordered down two sizes and its still huge. Order according to the size chart ladies and don't believe the suggested size by Amazon. The measurements in the photo are across the garment laying flat, so double that should be your bust size (or hips if you are bottom heavy.) I took a chance and guessed based on reviews and I wish I would have believed the measurements because I got it on sale and can't exchange, only refund so now if I want it I will have to pay full price. =(

I got my order as expected. It is fuzzy soft flannel! I think by design it is intended to be oversized. Looking at the picture the shoulder seem is down her arm part way, I think the size I received is accurate. I've seen where people say it runs big and it is for sure oversized but I think it is meant to be. I love mine, can't wait to wear it with my new boots.

The fabric is soft and warm. Says you can machine wash and tumble dry on low. I looks great. I should have bought a smaller size. Probably my fault for not trusting the size chart. I think the size chart is correct, but I bought my usual size instead of following the chart - it's a little large, but I still like it and will wear it. I might just buy another. UPDATE: Bought a second one in a smaller size -- it is great.

Love it. It fits true to size (to the measurements). In most Amazon plus clothing, I range from a size 18 to a 24 so I never know how it’s going to fit. This fits like a shackle should. It is roomy and has the duster feel. I love the colors and the style. You can even wear it as a dress. It does not feel like a flannel, but more like an outer piece. It gets softer with washing I would recommend washing it alone the first time you do.
