This was probably not fulfilled by them, but it certainly didn't give a good impression out of the gate. Each (I bought 2) was floating around loose in a much-too-big box, which was crushed and ripped during transit. The boards themselves were just slightly mashed at one corner each. That turned out to be the least of my problems. First, they are small. In fairness, it does give the actual measurements on the listing, so it's not "inaccurate" - but giving someone a Full-sized board and saying, "This is a Queen, and it's not supposed to go all the way to the edges!" is a really questionable tactic. Second, they are really thin. Again, possibly in line with the thickness indicated on the listing, but combined with the other issues, it's problematic. Third, they are... paperboard? Very, very flimsy. The listing claims they are MDF, and the pictures look like it - light color, appropriate thickness for this product, etc. What these are is a thin, flimsy sheet that feels like something you'd get your kid for a science report display. They're also dark in color, which may not be impossible, but I have never seen actual wood MDF board in that color (my husband I restore and flip houses). In short, there was no way I was trusting this to support some new and expensive mattresses over metal-slat frames. They were returned, and for only about $20 more I got some that are true 3/4" pieces of wood. The cost of a mattress isn't worth trying to save a penny on the support.

It was easy to unpack. The box was slightly open already so guess that may been a delivery issue. It's working well and has helped alot.

With the pictures it looked like it was full queen bed sized when I laid it out it wasn't two feet short and 5" not wide enough. I could of done better with packing boxes with same firmness.
