    • It will save a house from burning to the ground in most uses!
I am rating this 5 stars but there was some damage to a corner and some dimples, however the damage is not noticeable set up unless you know where it is. I decided on 5 stars instead of 4 to make up for some of the absurd comments in some of the existing ratings. I live in the Green Mountains of Vermont and have 60 years of burning wood for heat and I can state unequivocally that this stove board is designed and made with materials that meet or exceed the insurance companies code requirements. The material make up of this will save a house from that errant spark that has left some of the neighbors with lots of damage. For me this size is perfect for the parlor stove in my kitchen. I have enough area for some wood ready to load while meeting the setbacks in accordance to code. The material will dent because it is not steel where the wood is stacked if one is not gentle while piling wood but it certainly does the job of providing protection from fire. As time goes on the board will flatten due to the weight of the stove making any flaws from shipping or handling disappear in most cases. The price was very reasonable and the shipping was as fast as Prime even though it was projected for a week to 10 days from the order.     • Pretty in my kitchen
I replaced my old black one, which I had forever, with this pattern and it really brightens my kitchen. Easy to clean. Colors is really pretty and it has a nice finish. Very happy. I bought a second one I liked it so much to expand the area under my stove with the pattern.

Looks good and will work fine. It does dent on the topside as it’s thin metal, and the pressed board is brittle. Mine was damaged during shipping however I couldn’t wait for a replacement. Overall good.

    • Fire stop
I bought this to go behind my electric fireplace place, just in case it catches on fire. Maybe over done but I have Peace of mind. You see house fires all the time. One less thing to worry about.

    • Bad product. Busted up when delivered.
Product was destroyed when delivered. Company did not work with me for a refund. Now it is added to the local landfill. Don’t buy.

    • I got a couple of these.. an all was damaged
I got a few of these of different venders.. an they all seem to have came cracked dented bent or even half of box gone... So it what it is. They work. They look good. You just need to be prepared to do some bending or glue the wood back together like I did cause I was all busted up in the box
