Product overall good--but we have a few dislikes: 1. The tongs are not easy to work: When tension (grip) is released they have a huge spread --making squeezing and holding items difficult. 2. The hook and loop fasteners, intended to hold tools in the carrier --are a nuisance and annoying to manipulate . They cling to each other with tenacity, thereby making tool removal and replacement difficult and annoying. My boyfriend has become a “BBQ Dad” in his quarantine days, so I wanted to find him nice tools so he would focus on those and not buy New Balances. The Spatula has a lot more surface area in person, the photo made it look thinner; pleased with that. The tools are nice and all have a strap to hang them from your grill. Cheap wooden handles break in two. Happened the second time I used to barbecue. If the company was honest they would market as “disposable” as the poor quality only holds up for one time use.
