    • Perfect fit, easy to install, and lights up great!
Bought this for a 2014 F-350. At first it was a little tricky to figure out exactly how the bolts went, and the top bolts are a little short so you have to use both a socket and a wrench to tighten it. But once the bracket was in the light went on easily and is super bright! I ran it to one of the pre-installed Aux switches by dropping a power and ground wire down near the driver’s side headlight, and connecting it to the wires under the truck, then ground the wire under the hood and ran the power wire through the firewall right to the Aux 4 Switch wire under the driver’s dash. Whole thing took about an hour to install. I chose to run the power wire directly through the firewall because I had other wires already through, but you can also connect it to the blunt cut wires they already have run through the firewall. Unlike other reviewers I wouldn’t say that it doesn’t change my use of the brights on the truck, but it makes a nice difference on some dark country roads. ... show more

    • Great product, at a premium price
Like other reviewers here I found that the light bolted right up and the output is phenomenal. I rarely ever use my brights anymore when using this light. It has just enough output that you can see very well 100-150 yards ahead of you, yet you’re still able to see others approaching you from around a corner, and you can turn off the lights before blinding the poor fellow coming toward you. You can find lights on Amazon much cheaper, however I preferred not to have to drill holes in my bumper or elsewhere. The bracket they provide appears to be of good quality and the light looks great mounted. I only had two problems with installation. First the instructions they send with the light are a poor reproduction (nearly illegible) and don’t tell you anything about wiring the light up to your truck. So, be prepared to spend some time on Youtube. Second the fasteners they send you to bolt the unit to the truck are a good quality stainless steel however, the 8mm bolts they give you bolt the light to the bracket are about ¼” too long. I had to either cut them off or go to the hardware store. I elected to cut them off rather than make the trip. I’ve had the light mounted for about two weeks now and have used it every day on the way to work, and I have not experienced any trouble with fogging as another reviewer here has. As I’ve said the quality of the product is very good however, if you don’t mind drilling holes in your bumper or elsewhere, you can find as good a quality light on Amazon for a third the cost of this light. I would recommend this light to anyone for this application if they want to avoid drilling holes in their new vehicle. Extremely bright light bar! I couldn't believe how bright it was considering it's smaller than a lot of other lights I've seen. Wired right in to the upfitter switches on my 2016 super duty. If pre-wired, look above the hood release, you'll see a bundle of 4 wires taped to a big bundle of wires. On mine, switch 1 was solid yellow. Ground to chassis under hood. Manufacturer didn't include ANY instructions in the box, but spend 15 minutes searching the Internet and YouTube you'll be fine. I used an outdoor rated extension cord cut up to wire mine in. Took about 30 minutes overall. Light stays cool, looks like factory equipment and like previously stated is incredibly bright. 99% sure it's not road legal in pa, just use common sense.     • Great bar but low quality harness
The light bar itself is very well constructed and really shines very bright. It was perfect for what we needed. Was able to get it installed fairly easily. After about a month of use, I started to notice that half the light would keep flashing, even though the engine was off. I didn't think much of it, because I thought it was residual power and eventually it would stop. After another month, I found myself stuck in the mountains of Idaho and my car wouldn't start. Upon replacing my battery and diagnosing it with my mechanic, we noticed that the bar was draining power even though it was off. Finally found the culprit, the relay connecting the light bar to the battery was badly corroded. This caused it to drain power, even though it was off. So after many hours of searching, a new battery and a new relay, I finally have it running again. So this ~$100 light bar, I think now costed me about ~$300 in additional parts/battery and labor. ... show more

Wasn't a big fan of the included wiring harness, But the light bar, mounting bracket and Stainless steel hardware were all top notch. I have factory AUX switches on my dash board so the included wiring didn't make a difference as I did a custom install anyways. My only concern was the included washers for mounting to the existing license plate holes in the bumper were to small in OD and I had to use fender washers to properly bolt the bracket up. took about 3hours start to finish. ... show more

Mega bright and looks great on my F250 Update: less than a year old, and LEDs are starting to fail. Contacted iJDMTOY and was told "sorry, out of warranty". I am disappointed to have the light bar start to fail before a year of ownership. Beware.
