The rings are gorgeous. Customer service? Not so much. I bought 2 of these rings. Same ring, same size. The second ring was diamonds which added up to 2 carats, but were sized differently. The whole idea was to have 2 rings exactly alike. So now I can't wear them together because they are not alike. It's a 3 ring set. These two on top and bottom with a band in the middle. This ring is gorgeous man made lab grown diamonds and they are beautiful and just as good as earth mined diamonds they sparkle and just light up the color and clarity are remarkable in this ring , the only thing I didn’t like was the band is hollow out for the better part of the ring all up both sides so keep this in mind they don’t give you solid band, I didn’t know this it’s not in the advertising of this ring it shows a solid 14 kt white gold band but over all the ring isn’t icomfortable on but feels cheaply made, you can tell the difference between solid gold and hollowed gold rings it’s sounds different when laying it down on the counter to wash hands ect size is true to size I ordered a size 7 and it’s very accurate , thickness of the band is hollow not solid so not sure about durability…so I will be returning I was very disappointed in the quality I was sent… ... show more
