As a night shift nurse, I was on the market for a new scrub jacket. I love the Cherokee brand and purchase this jacket without hesitation. However, it's too thin for the 3 a.m. chills. I wear a large in jackets and the size fits relaxed but not too baggy. The sleeves are great for long arms and are fitted around the wrist. Comfortable, not too heavy. Size down for sure as it runs big in the waist/hips. The ends of the sleeves are tight, making it hard to push your sleeves up if you’re doing nursing care while wearing gloves.
