My bathtub is pretty close to my toilet, leaving very little room for my large arthritic hands to install the bottom bolt; however, it does a great job of stabilizing the bidet toilet seat. It works so well that my wife asked me to get another set to stabilized her toilet seat too. This product requires good dexterity in your hands and patience when working in small areas when you cannot see the end the nut and bolt you are attempting to connect with one hand while keeping two washers on the bolt from falling off. Again, I had a 32 inch wide tub installed in a 30 inch wide space leaving little room to work with, so the installation was difficult for me to do with one hand, but I did it and am very happy with the sturdiness that this product provides. It was well-worth the price and I recommend it to friends, family, and others looking for a great value for the money that works better than any other toilet seat fastener set that I have used in the past 50 plus years. Yes, oh, yes, I love my toilets. They are a necessary part of our lives, and man, nothing better than when you don't have to slide or wiggle endlessly atop the toilet seat. I have installed this product months ago (July 12th of 2024), and I've not (once) had to go back and tighten anything at all. Definitely an upgrade from the stock plastic pieces of crap (not literally) that came with the toilets. I bought a pair of kits; one for each toilet. They're quite sturdy, and the toilet seat doesn't move around much anymore. In the past, it moved so much that I had to endlessly retighten it with my hand and a screwdriver at any given moment. These aren't 100% centered, but no more tightening. Of note, though... the included instructions are very, VERY unclear. They should include actual diagrams in there instead of silly arrows, zig-zagged lines, and poorly-stated English. This is always frustrating, as one has to figure things out on their own. Hopefully, the images I've attached (depicting the height of the included rubber washers, and where they are to be placed) helps you out. SMH. 4 out of 5 stars. I hope this helps you in making your purchase. Very well priced, nothing missing out of the box, but the instructions could use some editing if you're not a pro. Have a wonderful day! (= Z.

This isn't your typical toilet seat hardware kit. It is a bit more complicated than the cheapies, but once you attach your toilet seat with this kit, your seat will stay in place. For me, the toilet seat no longer moves around on the bowl. I remove my toilet seat once every 6 months or so to clean under where it attaches to the bowl and I found that, so far, this hardware had not rusted or corroded in any way. The instruction diagram was clear and I had no issues getting this to work on my toilet.

These are usually larger diameter bolts. I was disappointed when I opened the package and saw they were 1/4" or thinner. Would not buy again.
