This pad is perfect. Fits my garden bench it is waterproof however the bag it came in is perfect to cover from rain. Very comfy, bought it for mom, she’s 97 so a new bench and pad only pissed her off. She of course wants to sit on an old broken bench.

It takes a while to “take shape” but is then perfectly fine. Good sturdy material, including the ties to hold it in place. Nice and thick for seating comfort. Fit perfectly on our bench. I just wished it had come in the same color as the two cushions we ordered for the accompanying chairs, from the SAME manufacturer! The chair cushions are a slightly lighter grey color, so they don’t quite match. Idee-Home should consider making a matching set, as many outdoor furniture sets are comprised of a love-seat bench with this dimension, and two standard chairs. ... show more

This was a good cushion and I’m still trying to get my money back, because it came rolled up in a tight cylinder in tight plastic wrap, like a latex mattress or something. The elaborate instruction sheet on how to get the cushion to unroll and how to get the (permanent) creases out of the fabric cover should have been a tip-off that this product has problems. (The instructions actually said to use an IRON on the cushion! I don’t even iron my own clothes!). I’m not sure why it’s the Paying Customer’s job to fix the problems caused by shipping, but apparently it is. I’ve been an Amazon customer for a very long time, and I have initiated and completed my share of returns. In this case a perfectly good product arrived damaged and unusable — and the Amazon return process does not work. Chatting with customer service for over an hour? Pointless. I was offered a label for a product that was already gone, dropped off at an authorized drop off (Staples) a week ago. I even have a receipt for the drop off and still….no refund. My return is somewhere in limbo and because of Amazon’s fine print, I’m waiting two weeks for it to be mysteriously processed. Tell me, what in this modern world of ours, requires TWO WEEKS? After waiting two weeks I can then initiate a chat again. Fixing a problem caused by shipping, a damaged product, and non-existent customer service. Amazon is on a race with itself to become a vast version of Sears catalog, and we know how that worked out, don’t we. When Nordstrom says free returns, always — they mean it. Amazon does not. Buy things like a cushion with the understanding that Amazon has zero ability to serve its customers.. Apparently the Amazon policy now? is to punish customers who receive good products that are unusable, not worth the money, and just want a simple refund for a small dollar amount! I can’t stress enough that this cushion ?? My warped and creased blue cushion? It was actually good quality, the color was as described, the foam cushion itself was dense, the fabric, zipper and ties were good, even excellent. No way did I want an exchange, because no one could tell me that it would be shipped in, oh, you know, a box that didn’t ruin the product! It’s not even heavy! I’ve bought vacuums and even toys that came in bigger boxes. So. The maker of this cushion should take note. Their quality merchandise was ruined by the packing and shipping process (the foam had been too compressed to ever be flat, and the great stitching and zipper were on fabric with permanent creases and wrinkles (okay, I even tried ironing). Still waiting on my refund….and never did buy a cushion. This experience made me realize that it’s almost too easy to “get it from Amazon”, and maybe not everything is suited to the Amazon way. ... show more
