As the years go by, I've discovered and love the beauty of instant potatoes! I grew up cooking all things from fresh, a real garden, my entire life. Well, I'm tired now, and I appreciate shortcuts! These are lovely!! The "outcome" of making a dish of these depends entirely on one's choice of liquids (i.e., milk type, water, broth, etc.) and add ons: l(butter? Sour cream? Bacon? Plain?) These flakes also work to thicken Soups. They make a great baked Chicken! Roll in melted butter, then in these flakes seasoned, and bake! Better than fried.
