I usually can't keep water down. For whatever reason when I drink water ( tap or bottled) it comes back up. If it is mixed with something, like tea or a powdered drink it is fine. Bottled water has always tasted like the plastic it is bottled in so I for sure can't drink that even if mixed with something. I was looking at the advertisement for the Icelandic water and I figured I would give it a try. Not only can I keep it down but it tastes so crisp and clean. There is no plastic taste or weird aftertaste, but most of all I can drink it and it stays down!! I don't know if anyone else has the problem as I do of keeping water down but if you do try this water. Ordering a bunch more need to stay hydrated in the heat we are having. ... show more

I did exhaustive research after discovering the bottled water I had been drinking for years (Crystal Geyser) had pled guilty to contaminating a lake and wildlife habitat with arsenic, and paid a steep fine. There are still questions surrounding them about the arsenic levels in their water. Iceland Glacier was the ONLY bottled water company I could find that was not only carbon neutral, but had no scandals lurking in its past for either arsenic levels or greenhouse gas emissions from their extraction procedures like Fiji. (Fiji actually had both, an arsenic scandal when Ohio tested their water, and the toll they were taking environmentally.) While Iceland Glacier is a bit pricey, it’s worth its weight in gold for the peace of mind knowing my family is not drinking water with high levels of arsenic, and they are an environmentally sound company which is important to me. Tossed a few of these in the freezer soon as they came! First let me say that I have tried many different brands of water. These happen to be in my top favorites next to Fiji, Smart Water, Waiākea, CORE, and Mountain Valley. This tastes perfect even at room temperature. The taste just makes me feel like I’m getting fresh water from a spring in Antartica. It tastes light and fresh. I’m so happy to have found these and will be ordering more soon. I really like the crisp clean flavor that this water had. I’m not sure why it tasted better than Poland spring water, but it did to me. A little pricy but worth it as an alternative to Poland spring. I did not like it more than Figi water.
