These skates are everything I hoped they would be. The look is classic, bright white, and sleek, not bulky or cheap feeling. The price is amazing for the quality! I haven’t owned a pair in years, but slipping these on instantly brought back all the memories of skating as a kid. The microfiber leather feels smooth and strong, and the stitching and boot hooks are solid—definitely not the type that are going to pop off after a few uses. They are stiff when you first put them on, which is to be expected with new skates. A little breaking in makes a big difference. Wearing them around the house with blade guards, bending your knees, shifting your weight, and relacing as you go helps soften them up quickly. Once they start to mold to your feet, that memory foam lining shows its worth. After a couple of wears, they feel snug but cushioned in all the right places. Sizing-wise, going up half a size was the right call for me. They now fit perfectly with the socks I plan to wear on the ice. The laces seemed short at first, but once the boots started to loosen a bit, they laced up easily. Overall, they look fantastic, feel supportive, and are made with real attention to detail. They’re exactly what I needed to reconnect with something I’ve always loved doing.

I figure skated for years competitively and have had my fair share of figure skates. It has been almost 15 years since I got new skates and my old skates had actually become slightly too small as my feet grew with pregnancy. My previous skates were a women's 9 but just to be sure before ordering these, I did measure my feet as it stated in the description and they measured as a size 10 which is what I ordered. Upon receiving the skates, they are too small. I even tried them on with skating tights rather than socks to give them every possible chance and still they were too short for my foot length. I want to emphasize, the issue I had was with the length of the insole, NOT the snugness of the boot. I am very familiar with the fact that skates will be extremely snug, especially new skates, but that was not the issue I was having. I went so far as to pull the insole out of my old pair of size 9 skates and try to put it in the new skate for reference and I could not get it to lay flat, the size 9 insole was longer than the size 10 one. Beyond the issue of the sizing, there were a couple other things I want to note about these as someone who has skated and purchased skates. First, you will need to have these sharpened but that is pretty standard when it comes to ice skates so it is not a big deal however it is also not stated anywhere in the description so I just wanted to make it more clearly known. Second of all, these are made of synthetic leather, not real leather. For a hobby skater or a beginner, that isn't a big issue. For a fastidious skater, you want a real leather boot. It is easier to shape, it is more durable, and it is much much more stabilizing. Which brings me to, these are padded nicely for comfort but not so much stability. As someone who likes spinning and jumping and fast turns, the padding in these would be way too soft for me to feel secure. It was great for my daughter who is just beginning to skate because it allows her a bit more movement as she is learning basic skills however I would not want her in it when she levels up. Now, even with all the downsides, I do think these would be ok as beginners skates and the price, especially with the current coupon, is about average for this quality of skate.

I ordered these for my wife and while they are visually stunning, they run very small and tight. The premium microfiber leather looks elegant and feels durable and the memory foam interior is clearly high-quality and supportive. However, despite the comfortable cushioning and the flexible ankle collar, she couldn't enjoy them because of the fit. The stainless steel blades are polished and stable, making them great for beginners, but I’d strongly suggest ordering at least one size larger than usual. Also, at $109.99, they feel a bit overpriced for the skates not to be a true size 10—I think $59.99 would be a much fairer value for recreational skates.
