Love this ice bucket. It’s very classy looking and keeps ice cold overnight. The bottom insert is extremely sturdy and does not go off kilter like many of the other ice buckets I’ve seen because they are flat and don’t have a ledge to hold it in place.

I'm impressed with the quality of this ice bucket; it's better than I was expecting. And I absolutely love the design. The strainer is much appreciated and so is the built-in tong holder. They both come in very handy. It seems well insulated and ice lasts as long as we need for our purposes although I can't say how it compares to other ice buckets except that it's way better than hotel ones. This is a very practical and well designed bucket. In hindsight I would personally pick one with a little more character or personality. But would recommend it to friends with more modern decor.

We only used it once, and it started rusting inside so we returned it. They did not give us any problem with the return though and promptly refunded our money

This ice bucket set comes nicely packaged and protected. It has multiple parts, including tongs, a scooper, and a strainer (which we never had to use since it keeps ice solid for a LONG time! See photo at the 8 hr mark). When I dumped the bucket at the end of the 10hr day, there were still a lot of ice cubes left! Very impressed with the longevity and temperature control. Also, the tong holder in the top is an amazing feature, and a guest even commented that the design was "really smart". This way your tongs stay clean and up away from your counter or drink station (or floor!). Only drawback so far is that it scuffs easily, but that is cosmetic, so for me it doesn't detract from the overall quality. Highly recommend!
