This cover is made of this fabric that's 80% polyester, 15% PU, and 5% UV resistant. I didn't even know what PU was until now, but it sounds fancy and protective, right? And UV resistant? That's like, extra shield against the sun's rays. So, my sofa is basically wrapped up in a force field against all the weather. It gives my sofa complete protection. I mean, no rain or snow is gonna mess with my chill outdoor vibes. The fabric is weatherproof, and they even put waterproof tape on the seams. Now, I can enjoy my outdoor space without worrying about my sofa getting all soggy and sad. The fabric is super durable, tough and tear-resistant. I'm not saying I go all Hulk on my sofa, but it's nice to know that it can handle some roughhousing. The seams are double-stitched, too, so it's not falling apart anytime soon. This cover is just perfect for my L-shaped sectional sofa – 83" on the right, 104" on the left, 33" deep, and 31" high. And you know what they say – measure twice, cover once. Okay, maybe they don't say that, but they should! You wouldn't want a cover that's too small or too big, right? That's why measuring your couch is so important. This cover is making it look stylish and well-dressed even when it's all covered up. They've got these adjustable drawstrings that make sure it hugs my sofa tight. And has leg snaps too which keep everything in place.

We bought some new lawn furniture a couple weeks ago and of course the weather turned crappy almost immediately after our shipment arrived. Not wanting to leave it out in the elements I got online and started looking for protective covers. First I should mention that we do not have a sectional. What we do have is a standard size couch with two rocking gliders and two end tables. When I started looking through individual covers I could quickly see it being difficult to match their specific size and shape and the cost for separate pieces was going to add up quickly. That's when I came across the sectional covers in multiple variations of lengths. I looked at our furniture and the way it was arranged and realized that when pushed close together all of the pieces would fit rather perfectly beneath the 100x100 inch cover. And honestly, dealing with one piece, even one as large as this, it's still preferable to dealing with three to five individual ones. The material feels adequately thick to withstand years of use, the seams are double-threaded to add extra durability and strength. Water beads up and runs off quickly without penetrating onto anything beneath it, so the material does perform as it purports. I'm also more than pleased with the value of purchasing one cover over many, because doing so saved me quite a bit of money.

During an unusually rainy summer, this is finally the solution that I needed! After spending the first several weeks of summer in a constant race to either bring cushions inside or cover with a regular tarp that was unreliable, I started to seek out a cover for my outdoor sectional. I started with a completely different product from a different brand. I was sent the wrong size so couldn't use it at all but at the same time, I noticed that the material was about the same as a really thin umbrella. When I saw this iBirdie product, I thought I would give it a try and I couldn't be happier. Right out of the package, I could tell that it was a thicker, heavier, and more durable cover. For reference, this cover is 104" on the long side and 83" on the shorter, left side. My sectional is a bit smaller. I needed 104" for the long side but my short side is only 53'ish inches. That said, the long side fits perfectly while the short side is a little big which is to be expected. But....what is so great about this cover is that it has straps to secure to the legs of your furniture and a drawstring so I can still close up the side very easily and prevent rain from going in; especially during windy conditions. We did have an unexpected downpour yesterday afternoon. I checked one small area underneath and it was perfectly dry. I let it sit overnight and throughout the day with some standing water on it. I checked again this afternoon and everything is still perfectly dry. I plan to look into other products from this brand for covering other furniture pieces.

I recently got this 100"x100" outdoor cover for my V-Shaped Patio Sofa and so far I am very happy with this cover. Living in Minnesota, we experience heavy snowfalls and unpredictable fall weather, so a durable, weatherproof cover is necessary in order to preserve our outdoor furniture. I've gone through two previous covers before getting this one and both of them barely made it through a single season. The last two covers were stretched tightly over the couch and I believe this excessive tension weakened the material due to the weight of the snow and ultimately lead to tears. With this one, I decided to go with a slightly larger cover (our couch is 90"x90") so it has some give with the weight of the snow. It seems to be a smart choice so far. Though it is a bit looser, I am still confident of a secure fit, with the clips fastening it to the sectional's footings. The drawstring on the bottom is an added bonus feature. I don't have any concerns about it blowing away or exposing my furniture. I am also excited about the vents on the side, as our previous covers did not allow our couch to breath underneath so the cushions were developing some staining due to moisture being trapped. So far I'm optimistic about its performance. I look forward to seeing how it holds up through a full winter, but based on my experience so far, it seems like a good investment.
