These cards are a great way to add a touch of positivity to your day! You can shuffle the deck and draw a card randomly for the day or just work your way through the deck so you see a different affirmation every day for 40 days. I like to pull one randomly from the deck in the morning and refer back to it multiple times each day. I think the deck really helps add some positive messages and encouragement, especially when I am struggling with tough times. They really help cut through the negative self-talk and keep me in a more positive frame of mind. This deck of cards is thoughtfully designed. The colors are beautiful and there is a lot of detail. I love the floral, feminine touch to the cards. The cards are thicker than normal playing cards. I rest one a day against my computer screen and it stays in place well and doesn't bend. If you choose to shuffle the deck, I would shuffle them by hand and not fan fold them to keep them in good condition. The cards come in a nice box and it is giftable. This box would make a lovely gift for anyone starting something difficult and challenging with their life or going through tough times. This is a really great gift item for the price point. It is presented in a nice looking box, and the cards are heavy and durable. The theme is good as maybe part of a self-care gift basket. The cards don't really speak to me personally, but I do think I would gift them with other similar items. I find the card stock to be just sturdy enough to hold up to shuffling, but I wouldn't want to use more aggressive shuffling techniques like I might use with playing cards.
