    • Awesome Product with One (1) Fatal Flaw

Have been using balls to roll for years (maybe decades). All sizes of balls with various hardness. This ball beats them all. Its hard and the vibrating pulse really helps loosens things up. However, it does have a fatal flaw - the power button is not recessed far enough into the ball. As a result, if you roll around for any amount of time (whether feet, glutes, hamstrings, etc.), you invariably roll over the power button and it turns off the pulse. If you are on the button long enough it turns the ball off (you turn the ball on and off by holding down the power button). I have attempted to compensate for this by starting off on level 1 (one blue light) so when I roll over the power button it takes it up to level 2 (two blue lights), and then eventually to level 3 (three blue lights). But that has its draw backs because you inevitably get to level 3 and then when you roll over it again it turns off the pulse. Plus, level 3 is the best and most effective. The product would be perfect with out this flaw. In my opinion, level 1 and level 2 are OK but level 3 is the money level. Further, you can't use it (or at not supposed to) on a wall (hard surface), so you can't use it against a wall to roll your traps. This would be awesome and a lot better than a lacrosse ball. This flaw is somewhat surprising because I have a Hyperice X for my knee (if you have knee issues this is a must have product), and the company Hyperice seems cutting edge. I've already requested the Normatec Air Compression system for my birthday. As I said, the Hyperice X is amazing. Overall good product but at $100 this is a major flaw that need to be corrected, and a bit surprising because the company's other products are all 5 star. ... show more

    • Vibrates away the discomfort
I’m an avid bike spinner. I do stretch before and after I ride. I was still experiencing cramping in my hamstrings especially after longer rides. I tried everything other riders recommended but the cramping was still an issue. My husband bought me this ball. Game changer. 15 minutes on each leg after I exercise and my legs feel great.     • Great device for relieving muscle pain and deep tissue massage
This is an excellent device for deep tissue massage. For years I have used lacrosse balls, as per my physical therapist, for severe joint pain treatment after a workout. The ball lasts a very long time on a charge (initial charge does take a while). There are multiple settings, generally for me the second (middle) setting is good or the third (highest vibration level). It is just the right combination of size, padding, and vibration to really get in deep on the back, spine, and shoulder. The only issue with it keeping it from 5 stars is when you really press down on it the power button can easily be pressed and turn off. While the buttons recessed, it's not recessed enough to keep from being pressed while "rolling around" on the ball. Using a two button press methodology would cure this ill.
