The cup is fine. Holds my coffee and generally keeps it warm. The lid is the problem for me. I've been using it for a week and twice a little bit of coffee has dribbled out and gotten on my shirt. I've been drinking coffee out of mugs for years and this is the only one I've had this problem with.
