Looks quite good on. It's a little shorter in the front than I would prefer, but the peplum defines my waist and covers my rear. Great for wearing to the office. Ironing or wrinkle release spray is necessary - cannot be worn as-is out of the packaging. The only garment that I own where the shoulder pads don't make me look like a football player. The fit was as expected and very flattering! It was not as stretchy as was advertised (which is actually good thing). It came in terribly wrinkled and I had to steam it before wearing. All in all a good purchase and I would buy it again. I only wish it came in more colors.
