Size 9 fit me well (weight=130 lbs, waist=31", hips=39"). They were a bit long, but not an easy design to shorten. I will wear wedge heels to make my legs look longer. I love the look of the capris and think it’s very cute. That being said it does definitely run small. I am usually a size 3 and I ordered a five based on the reviews and even the size 5 was snug.

Cute pants but they are not true to size. To start off these are high rise not mid rise as it says in the description. The fabric is very comfortable and the length and tightness of the legs are great but they are really big in upper half. If you have a butt and thighs like my daughter does then they fit much better although they are still baggy or loose in the front crotch area. They are not for sticks such as myself lol.
