These boots are exactly what I wanted, I’ve purchased multiple $40 other brands that were thin and flimsy, if I had only purchased these years ago, I’d probably still have the originals, so well made and comfortable. Love them!

I'm a very true size 7.5 and after reading all the reviews, which stated that these boots run big, I went with the size 7 and I'm so glad I did !!! They fit me PERFECTLY! With these size 7 boots, I CANNOT feel the end of the boot with my big toe. In other words, my big toe is not touching the front tip/edge of the boot at all. I can criss-cross my toes and still have plenty of wiggle room. I HATE it if my toes feel constricted and mashed together (weird, I know). I wear my regular Adidas socks with them and if I had sized up to a size 8, I would have had WAY too much room at the toe. That being said, when I wear these with my thick boot socks for cold weather, they are much more snug and my toes aren't really comfortable. I can honestly tell you that if I needed these for super cold weather, and mostly intended to wear super thick socks with these, I would have gone up to an 8. My intent is to have these for Spring and Fall rainy seasons and also during Summer when I'm working in the garden. So if you're like me and your foot is half sized, and you plan to wear your regular everyday socks with these, the same ones you would normally wear with your tennis shoes, then make sure you size DOWN to the next whole size. Side note** I am also about 80 lbs. overweight right now and had previously purchased the higher riding boot style from Hunter which proceeded to STRANGLE my calves. I had to return them. So I purchased these and they in no way constrict my calves AT ALL. Lots of room at the top! They are suuuuper cute too!

I was nervous to buy these after reading some reviews, but ultimately decided for the price (compared to Nordstrom, my other option) it was a good deal and worth a shot. I live in the Midwest and have gotten plenty of use from these this year. I usually wear a size 7.5 but got a 7 and they fit perfectly with room for a thicker sock if needed, but not too large to wear with a normal sock. I’m 5 ft 3 and these look exactly like I’d hoped they would, they hit at just the right spot on my leg. I’ll buy a fleece insert to wear with them this fall and winter. So far they have cleaned really well when I get mud on them, and they have held up nicely. For the price on here I’d be happy to buy another pair in a few years if these wear out. I’ve never owned a pair of hunter boots before so I can’t compare, but these seem real to me from what I can tell.

I read some reviews saying to size up and some size down. I chose to size down... I’m usually a 7 1/2 and got a 7. The boot is very hard to pull over my foot.. however once on it’s a tad bit loose at the toes. So the ankle area of the boot is sort of tight on me. I’m a very skinny person too (115 lbs) and on top of the boot being tight in the ankle its just a touch larger around the calf than I would like. I’m going to wear some boot socks with it to make it look a little less awkward. With all that being said though, I still love these boots. I would just size up rather than down.

Rain boots are almost a daily requirement where I live so I was looking for a boot that was not only rugged and durable but also comfortable and fashionable. I normally wear a 7.5 - 8 wide width and I have fairly large calves. Most boots that I had tried on (Bogs, Muck, XtraTuf, etc) were either too tall, way too tight in the calf, or very tight around my foot. I ordered an 8 in these boots and I find that they do fit true to size but since I have wide feet I can only wear them with thin socks. My feet can get fairly cold in them so I think I'll order a 9 next time in the hopes that I'll be able to wear them with wool socks or a liner. What I love about these boots is that they look great while hiking in the forest or running errands in town and they are comfortable enough to wear for hours. I also love that the inside of the boots is soft....almost silky. It doesn't pill up or fall apart like the cheap felt lining of some other boots and it isn't just straight rubber (like the outside of the boot) so it allows my foot to breathe and not get too sweaty. I'll definitely reorder another pair when these ones finally wear out.....I'll just order a size up.

Me encantaron mis botas Hunter, de principio tenía duda en que medida usar porque usualmente soy 71/2 en todos tipo de zapatos y al leer los reviews la mayoría decía que pidiera media talla menos así que ordene el 7 y me quedaron bien. Cuando me los medí por primera vez sentí que estaban un poquito apretados de la parte de arriba de mi pie pero ahora que las use para ir al juego de soccer de mi hija las sentí súper cómodas y ya no me apretaban creo que conforme t las pones de van moldeando cada vez más y creo que todavía me las puedo poner con calcetas gruesas y van a quedar perfectas, una cosa más que note es que no te sudan los pies pensé que por el tipo d material talvez si,hoy que las use porque empezó a llover muy fuerte pero al final de cuentas salió el sol y no me molestaron a pesar d estar muy caliente. La entrega fue rápida y el paquete llegó en buenas condiciones

I received in 5 days and very happy since it was coming from the UK. This was my first time purchasing Hunter boots and I wasn't sure as to what size to get. I was reading conflicting reviews, some saying to go down a size if you're in the half sizes while others saying to go up half a size for more wiggle space. This suggestion was only for those who wear non whole sizes of course (e.g 7.5) since Hunter Boots only makes them in whole sizes. It still had me thinking though if my whole size 7 would be either too tight or even too lose on me. Well, I went ahead and ordered the size 7 and it fit perfectly. I still have room for thick socks and not tight at all. I absolutely love my short hunter boots and will be purchasing the taller ones soon. Just hoping those aren't too tight (even with adjustable strap) on my thick calves.
