I chose this purse specifically because it had handles and didn't need to use a shoulder strap. Six months later the purse still looks great but the handles are falling apart. The leather is gone in three of the four connections, leaving strings to hold it together, and the handle is cracking. Other than that, the interior size is large enough to hold all that I need without being too large and the pouch in the center that splits the interior helps keep me organized. It also has an interior side zip pocket that stores things I want to keep hidden. The purse itself still looks beautiful and I still get compliments on it. I wanted a medium sized satchel to carry my basic essentials with an outer zippered pocket for my phone for easy access. The outer zippered pocket isn't that deep so my phone with a heavy duty case only fits vertically halfway inside it. Not a deal breaker. The faux leather with the gold hardware looks very pretty and all the zippers work fine so far. The handles are kinda soft so I'm not sure they'll hold up to daily use. But they fold down for easier access to the handbag. It came with a longer crossbody strap and gold emblem charm. I took off the gold charm to clip it to one of the exterior side gold circles, used for the crossbody strap, as a key leash instead. Not as convenient as I would like without another exterior pocket to hold my keys without scratching my phone screen but it works for now because it's too short. I ordered another longer chain to match the gold hardware. I agree about the strong chemical smell other reviews stated but I'm hoping it'll disappear after use. My only real complaint is the top main zipper. It has gold hardware on it but the cloth that holds it feels very flimsy. It also extends too far over the side so I have to tuck it in. Despite the uncertainty of its durability and the functional adjustments, I'm pleased with it so far for the price. ... show more

Smaller width wise than I expected. Edges of the trim are already coming off. Pockets aren't even big enough to hold my phone really. It functions well enough I suppose tho.
