To create these goodie bags I used clear zippered makeup bags stuffed with tissue wrapped “birthday cake” chapstick, scrunchies, and misc., and since my daughter-in-law’s favorite color is rainbow, I used colorful dot tissue paper; and for the final touch I tied a beautiful satin bow on each bag in different colors.
