These look like "skinny jeans" but in fact are leggings that fit very close to the body. They're 53% cotton, 38% poly with spandex and rayon, and very very stretchy. They feel as though they're knit, but I don't think they are. They have an elasticized waist and are slip-on, with ornamental pockets in front and "bowl" pockets in the back. Overall, I'd say they are very well-made (and I come from a family of veteran seamstresses, fiber experts, and clothing designers), and well-fitted for my size. The stitching is straight, they have coppery rivets that mimic jeans; overall, they're a very attractive pair of pants. They are also extremely comfortable to wear and the thin fleece lining makes them much warmer than a standard denim pair of jeans. I tend to stay chilled in these damp northwestern winters, so that is much appreciated. They're colorfast; I've washed them a few times, dried them in the dryer, and they've kept their dark blue color throughout and still look like new. About the only criticism I can make is that they don't have a front zipper, which I find more comfortable when taking them on and off. ... show more

The lining leaves something to be desired. They're comfortable but not exceptionally warm. I was definitely hoping for a little bit more, I wouldn't even call it a fleece lining really.

I work at an elementary school as a para educator so I need style and function. These pants in black are both. They keep me warm when doing bus or recess duty but look nice when I have to work in the classroom. XS fit me perfectly (maybe a tad loose in the thigh but not too much so) and I’m 5’2”, 101lbs. Liked them so much I bought another pair in the dark wash. However with those I should have washed them prior to wearing as the dye did transfer to the inside of my rain boots but this is something to note for other people. Why is the calf tight and the thigh and crotch baggy? These run big. I ordered based on size chart and these are too big but calf is too tight (my legs are slim). These could also be a bit longer. I’m a 31 inseam and buy 30-32 inseam. These are just a touch short on me. They pull up with walking sitting ect too much. They are thick and fleecy. The fleece isn’t very soft. Quality is decent. Price a bit high. Might fit someone else better than me. ... show more
