This brand of chocolate has amazing flavor & great ingredients. Unfortunately my mail carrier delivered the package late after the other pieces of mail had been delivered earlier in the day. I didn't find it until the following day & the entire bag was completely liquified. Had to let it harden most of the way, then slice it while it was still soft so it would be edible.

I love the product itself but whatever company was in charge of shipping did not factor in the summer heat. They melted into one giant hunk of chocolate on the way to me. I’m looking forward to the pain it’s going to be to try and break the chunk up for use.

My family has a lot of allergies and Hu Chocolate has minimal ingredients that also taste AMAZING! The gems are great for snacking, melting, and baking. Quick tip when I put them in cookies I cut them in half, it takes a little time but totally worth the efforts! Hope this helps anyone looking for a clean and healthy chocolate chip!

These are the best sugar-free chocolate nuggets I've ever had. My body does not like any sugar alcohols or any sugar substitutes and my body thinks these are great. Great for vegans. Not a vegan but on a restricted diet and these are my daily treat.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I absolutely love these chocolate morsels. However, the ones I ordered online arrived melted into a paste, which meant that even after chilling, I had a single chocolate chunk, which defeats the point of buying these. My local grocery co-op was able to order them for me after that, and they stayed intact. So buyer beware anytime warm or hot.

Product arrived intact without any melting which I had read was a problem for some. I have been on the search for a while now for organ dark chocolate without dairy, gluten, soy lecithin or refined sugars (cane or sugar alcohols) and so this was a no brainer for me to try. I immediately opened the pricey little package ($10.99 for 9 oz) to give these little gems a taste and oh what a little explosion in my mouth!!! I couldn't keep my hands out of the package! They don't taste bitter at all to me and are actually a bit sweet (organic coconut sugar) as I have been used to eating 85-92% cacao. My purpose for purchasing these was to use in paleo baked good because I had such a hard time finding baking chips without the ingredients I mentioned above, but these are perfect too for making a trail mix or just snacking by the small handful. This morning I added them to my granola for breakfast and tomorrow I'm going to try them in my oatmeal. The possibilities are endless; waffles, pancakes, melt them and dip your fruit, etc etc. Cant wait to bake with them! Two thumbs up.
