UPDATE: 9/14/2023 - The company did reach out and apologize for the issue. They offered to refund or send a replacement. I opted for the replacement because I do like the vinyl. Based on customer service alone, I will definitely buy vinyl from this company again! I needed a longer roll of vinyl and 14 feet was perfect for my project. I went to cut my sheets 24 x 12 to fit the mat and I’m short 1 sheet because I only got 12 feet in the roll. I can’t even return it because I already cut the roll! & the material is transparent. You can see anything and everything behind it. Definitely asking for my money back on this roll. The others I received I can make do with but just know, the rolls are NOT 14 feet. I did notice however that on the cricut you can’t just put it on the vinyl setting, you have to turn the knob 1 notch (one dot) passed the regular vinyl setting for the perfect cut. I’ve read so many reviews on here and in social media groups of people who just swear by HTVRONT. I had a bad experience with their HTV and printable vinyl. I was soooo disappointed. However I had someone ask me to make some things for them and they chose this HTVRONT permanent vinyl. I tried to suggest other brands but they stuck with this choice. They liked the amount and price for this. Well it turned out to work wonderfully! The weeding was smooth! The transfer to tape with easy and application was as good as any other brand I’ve used and used religiously.
