The media could not be loaded. This sissy bar is exactly what we need. A value price great quality and compared with BURLY BRAND SISSY BAR. ($255 on Amazon) This Item is exactly the same and over $100 cheaper. Wow. The bolts are a little on the cheap side but they do the job I got a couple close ups so u could see up close I’m using a saddlemen seat and included a measurement to show back pad and total hight from seat. Bike: 2019 Iron 883 with stock rear lights and fender setup Other things I have done to the bike: LED light upgrades (headlight, all turn signals), new seat I wanted some extra storage space on the bike and decided having an additional bag I could strap to a sissy bar would be my best option. I picked this one based on reviews and price. I received sissy bar a day earlier than expected. The box had some damage but the sissy bar was well wrapped with the bolts inside the wrapping so I was not missing anything and it was undamaged. I ran into issues with the install but they were self inflicted and not due to the sissy bars. But it did lead to me getting some new tools so it was still a win. Once I took care of a couple of issues (one stock bolt stripped due to me using a Torx 37 instead of 40 and then bracket under the fender shifted while I had the seat and four bolts removed) the sissy bar went on very quickly. I popped off the lens covers to the rear lights and the LED disc of lights stayed in. this gave me the room I needed to use the socket wrench to quickly remove the old bolts and replace them with new. Old bolts were T40s and the new ones were T37s. I used a 1/2" closed end (box) wrench on the nuts on the front most bolts. The sissy bar is solid on the bike and does not move around at all, even on the rough roads around my place. It looks great and I have received compliments on it. The install was simple to do and, if I had to do it again, would take about 15 to 20 minutes total. If you can turn a wrench, you can install this sissy bar. ... show more

The bolts that come with it are and the coating or paint, is Substandard. The supplied longer bolts are plated and as you put the stock OEM 5/16 coarse thread nuts, thier bolts goe in a few turns and then gets harder and harder to the point it not only won’t tighten enough to secure the sissy bar, but it also ruins the thread on the stock nut, I had to buy Allen head bolts, and replacement nuts, To temporarily secure it, because low profile Allen head or torq bolts in the correct length are not readily, The correct low profile bolts , have to be custom ordered and are about $20 for the bolts and matching nuts. The other problem is is the painting or powder coating that they use is Substandard, the slightest abrasion chips the coding or paint. I had plastic straps securing my backpack and it chiped the paint just from plastic strapping. I contacted the manufacturer and they were no help. They said return it. The price on this seems much too expensive considering that you have to replace bolts and repaint it so that it doesn’t rust when it chips so easily. ... show more

Perfect fit and a easy install Quailty of the products is a 10 out of 10. Clone of the Burly Brand sissy bar, which is way more expensive. Very happy with the purchase and just bought a second one for my sons Sportster 1200.

Great value for the money. My first use for it was for a 2100 mile round trip to Florida. It did not move and i had easily 40 pounds hanging off it. Passangers feel its added safety to the ride, the pad helps. Great way to change up the way your bike looks

It was easy to install if the one bolt wasn't defective when it arrived. I asked for a replacement and these were the wrong bolts. I asked again for the correct bolt and finally three weeks later I was about to install it in about 15 minutes. It is very sturdy and well made.
