This patio set ( in my garage until spring) is great! The cushions are thicker than I expected and super comfy. For the price the quality is great! The feet adjust easily making it extremely stable. It is also very sturdy. It was very easy to assemble. I had two pieces that didn’t fit together and the customer service responded within hours/ less than 12 to my issue and sent replacement parts within a couple days. This product is def more than I expected in terms of quality and cozy/homy appearance it has created. It was little hectic to assemble and took half a day to do so. But results were worth it. The cushions are sturdy enough to not let a person sink in but soft enough where a person doesn’t feel like he/she is sitting on a rock. Also, it was affordable. Despite the complaints by my husband and son about the tedious time consuming work it took to put this set together, we are -thrilled- with the outcome. Its quite sturdy, attractive, and the cushions are as thick as advertised. And the cushions don't move around as much as some reviews have stated. The only very-minor issue was that the glass top was 2mm too long to seat properly into the table frame. But a little screw loosening on both sides fixed that issue in a jiff. Neither my husband nor son communicated that the rattan material was in the way of any screw holes. It was just that they had to work in tight spaces within the furniture to get the job done. It did take a few hours to get completed. The furniture is substantial in size. I'm 5' 9" tall. My son is slightly taller than I am. That's him in the photos. And my husband is 6' 1". This is -not- furniture made for children. It is very comfortable for outdoor furniture, a good height, and I expect we will get several happy years of use out of it. We have a 36lb dog that jumped on the furniture after running around the woods. Her feet were dirty and I nearly had a heart attack as we've only had the furniture for a few days. We live in the south and the clay stains badly. I promptly got a damp sponge and cleaned the footprints off without any ill effects. I can't tell you how relieved I was to see that the fabric didn't get stained by the clay or by the sponge. But I learned my lesson, and put her afghan on the couch, and her bed outside to solve the problem. lol I don't want to take any chances. Upon shipment we were contacted via the Amazon email system by a very nice man, Herbert, from HTTH, who stated that I should expect 4 boxes. Only 4? Yup, and they weren't as huge as I thought they would be. Not only did they arrive a day early and in perfect condition, but all 4 boxes arrived at the same time. Everything was there, in perfect condition, including clear directions, a small ratcheting tool and allen wrench to put it together. After several weeks of looking at similar and nearly identical furniture to this set, and reading the reviews, in all kinds of price ranges, I'm so happy I settled on HTTH. Right in my price range, and I couldn't be more pleased with the product! ... show more

Fab product for a very reasonable price. Doesnt look cheap, actually looks beautiful with the blue cushions. The only complaint if any, is the time it took to put it together. It was very easy but just had loads of screws, but hey you probably have to pay the double for something that comes already done, so worth the pain. ... show more

Set arrived in four separate boxes; took about 2.5 hours to assemble. Definitely need two people to do so! Sturdy and handsome. Cushions are a bit stiff but will hopefully break in over time. Had an immediate spill (ice cream) on a cushion and it sponged right off, so am impressed with washability and durability of fabric. Overall a very nice set and very pleased! Excellent value for the price. Update: the cushions on this set are not waterproof. In fact, they remain wet/damp/soaked for days after a rain, even when out in the direct sun. This is due to the fact that the interior of the cushions (the padding) are encased in some sort of nylon-like cover from which water does not evaporate (see photo), at least not when it is in the cushion cover. So, you either have to ensure that the cushions are stored when the rain comes or you need to remove the padding from the cover to allow both to dry. A real pain. Poorly designed. I may end up purchasing different cushions. Still, the furniture itself is very nice and well constructed. ... show more

    • Nice outdoor set for price
Curious to see how it holds up, as we bought this on sale at the end of the season. At this point, the set is very nice in appearance and fulfills our needs. My biggest complaint is that it was very time consuming to construct, and throughout the process some tiny pieces continually broke off.
