    • Unable to stop auto-sleep, drops link when sleeping.
This device seems to have an auto-sleep feature. I can't find where to disable that feature. As a result, when using as a Hotspot, you will consistently loose connectivity after a short period of time. Renders the device less than useful.

Amazing device, strong signal, should be unlocked as it's capable of supporting all the carriers. Being locked to sprint is useless.

Sprint Discontinued the product so they wouldn't support it. Tried different sim cards. Nothing worked even after weeks of customer service. The product turns on and works but it's not effective for a hotspot.
