I was bit apprehensive to purchase this product because a couple of the reviews mentioned how difficult it was to set up. To my very pleasant surprise, the printer basically set itself up. No need to connect a bunch of wires or fumble thru a user manuel. And trust me, I am technology challenged but was able to set it up no problem. The old printer wouldn’t stay connected via wifi. Bought this one. It takes me an hour of troubleshooting and reinstalling drivers to print a single page each time. Connected to the cable and can print a page after 30mins of troubleshooting now. Not impressed.

I have used other brands of printers but none were as easy to set up as this one. Also the cost of printer cartridges is much more affordable.
