I have had this laptop for a couple of weeks and it works well. Performance seems to match the specs. Good price for these specs. Be aware that the seller does require a signature at delivery. I spent days researching laptops, even went to large box electronics stores. Finally used ChatGPT and Grox “which is the best laptop for a college student with the fastest delivery and lowest price” and plugging in all of my selections for comparison. Then I asked ChatGPT to search Amazon for the lowest price, best reviewed laptop out of my searches and this popped up. I ordered it (think it was $539 + tax?) and so far our student and his friends and their dads / moms also said it was a great laptop. My wife thought it was a little heavy (compared to a Mac) and our other college student told us “do NOT get a Mac, many college classes (professors) will tell you to leave and come back with a laptop that can handle their assignments.” *many college professors only use windows based applications evidently. I got the Ryzen 7 700u processor, 1 tb of memory, 32 gigs ram. Hopefully it’ll last 4 - 5 years of engineering and business courses. The screen is very nice, keyboard seems well put together, plenty of plugins (hdmi, usb, etc ports) only downside is it uses a barrel charger and not usb-c. ... show more
