These shoes are a work of art! I'm a huge fan of pin-up/retro/rockabilly style clothing and I own many pairs of mary janes. But this pair of Hot Chocolate Design "Lolita" mary jane heels are in a league of their own! They are the most beautiful shoes that I've ever owned. I'm amazed that these jaw-dropping show stoppers are also super comfortable and come equipped with plenty of arch support and pillow-like cushioning. I wear a 9.5 and as many of you know that share my same shoe size, it's extremely difficult to find cool mary jane heels (or any heels for that matter) that even come in a size 9.5. Once you get past a 8.5, half sizes tend to disappear! I usually have to settle for a size 9 and then put my new shoes in my shoe stretcher torture device for at least a week before I can even get my huge clunkers in them. But these size 9s were and still are a perfect fit straight out of the beautiful cake looking shoe box. They haven't stretched out at all and these mary janes look smoking with SO many different outfits. They look great with fishnets and jeans...honestly I can't say that about any other pair of mary janes that I own! The shiny red color is vibrant and eye catching, and the see-through heels are amazing! I have wanted a pair of Hot Chocolate Design shoes for years and I saved up for 3 months to buy these (my first but definitely not my last pair) and even though they are extremely expensive, they are so unique and one of a kind that I don't regret a penny. They are absolutely worth it. When it comes to an easy clean up hack, I use the same trick that I use to clean my Chuck Taylor's. I cut a magic eraser in half, dampen it slightly and as soon as I walk in the house I wipe the shoes off gently with the magic eraser and then dry them off completely with a towel. Since the Lolitas are made of patent leather, clean up is super quick and easy and because I immediately dry them off with a towel after the magic eraser I don't have to worry about the magic eraser bleaching my shoes. I am saving up for the mid high heels that are black and white striped next. I highly recommend these shoes and I can't wait to collect as many of them as possible! It's going to take me years but I'm a big believer in quality over quantity, I'd rather have one pair of high quality comfortable mary janes than the 5 pairs of cheap ones that are missing heels and falling apart in the back of my closet any day! 😊

The shoes are so amazing! Worth every single penny!!!!! They are so soft and fluffy, they are super cute and just everything about it is amazing! The box, shoes, extras, all of it was so adorable and made the experience amazing! The only down side (not there fault at all!) was the box came a little broken, but again not there fault. It came with some extra things for under the heel (if it gets messed up or falls off) a cute candle, a cute little blue yarn, and of course the shoes! I would totally buy from here again! And if you love to stand out and rock the street I would say get the shoes!!!!

I have very much trouble finding shoes that fit me. Especially heels. But these shoes are beyond amazing! I could not be happier with a pair of shoes. For me they ran a little small so I had to get a half a size larger but other than that, they are perfect they’re comfortable and they’re beautiful.

These are so cute! I don't like the little tag that hangs down from the strap on the striped ones, so I just removed that. It hangs on by an elastic band, so it's easy to remove. On the rose pair, the bow shown on the strap could be clipped to the top of the toe box, the back of the heel, or left on the strap. It's like a little clip. I tried moving it around, and it did not affect the fit or comfort of the shoe. I used the sizing of the manufacturer but, apparently needed a half size larger. Since they don't sell half sizes, I had to size up a whole size. I just got the new ones today, and love them. They have a nice padded arch, though you can certainly add additional padding if you have high arches. I have wide feet and though I will need to use a shoe stretcher to stretch the toe box slightly, I won't have to stretch it much which is amazing since they don't specifically sell wide width shoes. I actually bought three different pairs from this maker, and I love all three. Of course, you'll need to break them in as they are quite stiff when you receive them. So I recommend planning ahead and not getting them right before you want to wear them. I work from home, so I sometimes wear them around the house for a couple of hours.

I love the looks of the shoes. they are beautiful. A bit pricey for what they are but I had to have them! Size wise they are a little big. I wear an 8, ordered an 8, but seems a little big, more like an 8 1/2. With socks should be fine. The delivery was not so great. These shoes are supposed to come in a decorative shoe box. The box the seller sent it in was damaged in transit and Amazon or the Post office put them in another box where the shoes were just thrown in and just flopping around in the too big box. With shoes like this how you store them is fairly important.

These shoes are not only beautiful they are very comfortable and very well made! I LOVE them! The size is perfect. I wore them all day and had no issues or blisters. The little bird cage tag is removable (I took mine off) in case it's too much or just doesn't match your outfit. The heal in my opinion is just right not too tall and not too short.
