I wasn't expecting much when I ordered this, but I was blown away with the quality. The models are nicely made and almost perfectly paknted. The errors are so tiny that I really only noticed after looking for anything wrong after I saw how great they looked. The adult is an anatomically correct stallion, which I appreciate, along with his beautifully sculpted muscles. My only complaint would be that some of the pieces were difficult to put together and the tack is hard to put on the horses. I'm an adult and I had a lot more trouble than I'd like to say trying to get the saddle and bridle on, so I just gave up trying to secure the saddle. Parent assembly will definitely be required with this. The plastic these are made with didn't at all feel cheap. In summary: amazing models. Absolutely wonderful sculpting and painting. Lots of accessories, but a small child would need help assembling the set and tacking up the horses.

I bought this for my daughters 10th birthday, over the years she has been collecting horse sets along with horse models. I was skeptical at first, but once it arrived I was satisfied with the quality and details. Very reasonably priced and perfect addition to her collection.

I saw this and bought it for my 8 year old granddaughter. She loves to play with horses. It is simple to put together. It is made with solid quality pieces. I didn’t expect that for the price. It is best used on a hard surface so that the horses and caretaker can stand. For an extra $25, I bought a 36”x36” tray and glued on green felt. She now takes it everywhere.
