We are a household of 2 and really only use milk in our coffee. These have been lifesavers in snow storms and noreasters. We are often invited to spend weekends at a friend's guest house in the countryside, a 10 min drive from nearest grocer. I keep them on hand for when we run out of milk & don't want to go to the store. Also great for the day we leave on vacation -- individual portions assure no big bottle of spoiled milk in the fridge when we return. The flavor isn't bad.

I buy Horizon 1% milk because it is a stable product. The flavor is good and the packaging is very convenient. Spoilage is not an issue because each container is a serving size.
