It comes completely mashed into a small cylinder container. First of all, you have to pull down all the branches and arrange them - bending until they stay. Second, many of the leaves had spots that looked like melted plastic or glue. I had to cut those edges off because they looked bad. Also, the flowers are in a plastic pot set inside the “pot” you see in the photo which is like a thick woven fabric-like material. It does not look bad except it had loose threads sticking out all over it that had to be trimmed off. After a significant amount of time, I got the whole thing to look pretty good. But of course there were still those leaves that had parts cut off. This could be a fluke… surely they wouldn’t normally send out a product with that type of flaw. ... show more
