    • Best Hookah I’ve ever had!
The media could not be loaded. Love love love this hookah! The only thing is the light doesn’t last at all I’ve put in multiple batteries and it’s like it’s a shortage in it. It stops working after 2 days. Also it’s hard to clean but if you just pour a bit of soap and fill it and shake it around inside that’s the best it’ll get. Overall I love the hookah but I would like a new light though ... show more

I wanted this upgraded hookah so I bought two of them. I have three of the older model version and I love it. With the older model I bought a splitter so two people could smoke so naturally with the newer model I’m thinking that four people can smoke if I have a splitter. Epic Fail! The splitter does not seem to work and constantly pushes the splitter out. You literally have to hold it in place… ok so maybe I was being greedy. I stopped using the splitter. Then, we noticed it was extremely harder to pull with this newer version. Even if you’re smoking it by yourself or with a partner, it’s a hard pull. Now mind you, this is straight out the box. Literally sitting there with our heads about to explode trying to pull smoke.. ok, so I do some maneuvering, make sure everything is cleared with it add new tobacco, change the little ball inside the hookah but still hard to pull. Eventually, I brought out the older version. When I tell you it was such a relief to be able to use it with no issues! The splitter worked fine and the pull was smooth. I’m not sure what’s going on with the newer model but besides it being easier to clean it definitely did not live up to the hype for me! Ok, so update to my previous review… I’m changing my one star to 4 stars. So I found out why it’s hard to pull… with the older version, the spout where you put the tobacco has small holes. You’re not supposed to cover the holes. The tobacco goes around the holes. With the new spout, the hole is extremely big. So, even though it’s the same concept, tobacco can still get down in the silver tube making it hard to pull. I thought I was cleaning it well. The way you’ll get the tobacco out that fell in the hole is to run water through it and use the pointy side of the coal holders that they include in the package.. water will then flow effortlessly making for an easier pull. I’m thinking I’ll just use the older version of the the tobacco holder and put it on the newer version. It’ll save time on trying to clear that silver tube for 20 minutes. This came quick with all the pieces except the mouth tips and actual hookah. It comes with directions and easy to assemble. You will need 3 aaa batteries for the light and that comes with remote control. The hose seems sturdy and so far no issues with smoking the hookah. Easy pull with a lot of smoke. Works well and worth the money ... show more

I would not buy this if I were you. The assembly was fairly easy. But once we got the product and we tried to make it work, it simply did not. The smoke wouldn’t come out and we had to keep adjusting the parts just to take one puff in. I rarely leave bad reviews but this product really needs to be looked into. ... show more

    • Such a Great Company! Excellent Customer Service
The costumer service that I experienced with this seller is honestly unparalleled! I gifted my best friend this hookah on her birthday. After only getting to use it one time, the piece that connects the ashtray got misplaced. She was extremely sad because this is such a unique hookah (excellent quality) and a sweet gift, so replacing it seemed stressful and unfortunate. I simply emailed the company to see if they could potentially replace the small piece needed. They emailed me back within literally 5 minutes letting me know that it would be no problem at all and all I had to do was pay a small shipping fee. Off of costumer service alone, I will be shopping with them again. Also, the hookah itself is a show stopper and a great piece to have! i’m so happy i shopped with Kitosun, thanks to their sales director Vehicle Wang! ... show more
