We moved 1000 miles recently. We wrapped a lot of our fragile things in this paper. Other things in bubble wrap... and honestly, some things we just put into a box and prayed it would make it. This paper is every bit as good as bubble wrap, WITH extra advantages: (1) It's easier to rip the amount you need right off and after wrapping a couple cups you'll have that down pat. (2) it's less bulky than bubble wrap - you can get more things wrapped with this into a box. (3) For those who care, it's recyclable. (4) It's at least as fun as popping bubble wrap, and you get more of it for the price than you get bubble wrap, so it's ok if your kids steel a foot or two of this stuff. This is going to become our new standard packing material. And I'm saying that, having not gotten paid a penny to write out this long response. It's really that good. Buy some. Worst case, you're out a few bucks (instead of bubble wrap, where you'd be out several tens of bucks). ... show more

    • Great green alternative to bubble wrap

Purchased this to pack fragile, odd-shaped items for a move. Works great as a green substitute for bubble wrap. The product does come in a roll and you have to "stretch" it to make it fluff up before wrapping the item. You also have to pay a bit of attention to which direction your wrap the item to make sure it is properly cushioned. In my opinion, it's worth the trouble. Others may not agree. For example, I was helping pack items for my elderly parents who have some mobility issues. They would likely not have had an easy time stretching the product before using it. Bubble wrap would have been an easier product for them to use. ... show more

Really easy to use , pack , and put away for reuse! We used this for a cross-state move recently and one roll was significant for our 4 bedroom move. The material is easily wrapped around valuables and stays secure. It cuts/rips easily too! Just be mindful of your fingers in the honeycomb..really easy to get a nasty papercut too. Haha. It’s barely two steps up from wrapping something fragile in tissue paper. Great concept that would be much better if it was made from the strong brown paper Amazon uses in its shipments. I wanted to love this. It’s just OK.

Used to move fragile & glass items. Took a couple trys to get the hang of stretching it out enough to get the 3D "bubble wrap" texture without just ripping it. that was prob user error & I was trying to rush. Nothing broke during in-town move. I didn't use the full roll. I like that the roll is compact and I can save it for the next move without taking up too much space like regular bubble wrap. Good value. Super nice to just recycle packing materials when done ... show more

I love that this product doesn’t take up much space to bring with me to art shows but also does a really good job when properly layered to protect my pieces of art to their destinations. A great alternative to reusing newspaper and bubble wrap for a final wrap.
