  • Best Pee Pad For the Money
Size: Large - 22" x 23" Unit Count: 100
I've been ordering these dog pee pads for several years now. They quality is very good. They have some weight to them; not flimsy. The wide border keeps the pee within the pad, which really helps with clean-up. I have tried other brands of pads, but I always come back to these because the quality is so good. They are not the cheapest; however, for the price you are getting a good quality pad. I could use the smaller size (~22x24); however, I prefer to use the larger size pad (~33x36) because the odds of the puppies actually hitting the pad and not the floor is greater. If they go on one side, I just turn the pad around so that they can use the other side; that way I am utilizing as much of the pad as possible. I would definitely recommend this product. ... show more

  • nice large pads, good absorbency & they don't leak
Size: X-Large - 28" x 34" Unit Count: 40
O.M.G. These pads are great!!! They have saved my back & my sanity....We recently took in two strays and now have eight cats. Things have been getting messy lately. I use these under my kitty litter boxes because we have one or two that sometimes like to go near the box but not in it. They seem to be doing it more since the arrival of the new kitties. I try to scoop & clean the boxes several times a day to make sure they have a nice clean place to go, but it never seems like enough. and sure enough every day now i find pee pooling up under the box. after two weeks of this i got REAL sick of having to mop up the tile and clean the floor and underneath the boxes every day.... Initially i tried out some puppy training pads from the dollar store that are standard 20 X 20 size. they worked ok. but with those smaller pads i needed four overlapped to cover the area properly and the cats were always managing to scoot them around. With these larger pads i only need two pads overlapped to get the job done. they provide a lot of coverage and they never rip or leak. less trouble with the cats scooching them out of place too. In my experience they hold the urine very well. If one of the kitties lets loose very near the edge of the pad then there might be some spillage, but otherwise they work fabulously. Looks like some people saying they leak while the majority of us don't have that problem. I've only ever had a problem with the pads holding when one goes near the edge, and i've never had the bottom leak or break on me. I was thinking that perhaps it has to do with the volume of liquid the pads have to hold. I only have cats, no dogs, but two of my boy kitties are well over 20 lbs. The Biggest is 24.5 lbs and he makes quite a large puddle when he goes. If he goes too close to the edge of the box it sprays out over the edge. These pads holds his mess just fine. Maybe for large dogs they are not heavy duty enough, but i think for small & medium sized animals they should work well. ... show more

  • Great for diaper changes!
Size: Small - 17.5" x 23.5" Unit Count: 120
These are perfect for changing diapers! I use them in my home daycare for each diaper change and they are really effective and easy to store as well. They are big enough to provide coverage for the more messy diaper changes, which helps keep the changing area clean and sanitary. They also meet state standards for family childcare in my state, which is a huge plus! We have an older cat who is having incontinence issues in a specific part of the house, so I use these in that area as well. The cat pees on them at night and when I change them in the morning there is no leakage underneath (I still sanitize the area of course). I love that I can knock out two birds with one stone with these and after a lot of research I feel confident that these are the best bang for my buck! ... show more

  • Nope!
Size: Large - 22" x 23" Unit Count: 50
Did not like this brand and did not provide odor control. I like the Four Paws brand of wee wee pad compared to the many other brands I have tried. I have been using them for years but with prices going up on everything, wee wee pad prices are no exception and the Four Paws brand has had a lot of price fluctuation in the last 5 years. I use wee wee pads daily for my pup who is indoor potty-trained so I set out to try to reduce my costs. I researched the best brands on the internet and after narrowing down the list to six brands which included the Solimo/Amazon Brand, Deep Deer, Bulldogology, AKC, Simple Solutions, and Honey Care and compared them all to Four Paws pricing. I also looked at number of layers, type of materials used, odor control, border width, quilting and lastly, I looked at reviewers comments and ratings for performance and quality. From this, I decided to test the Amazon Brand Solimo, Simple Soulutions and Honey Care which were all within the same competitive priced point and all priced lower than Four Paws brand. These all had mixed reviews online so I wanted to test them for myself. So I ordered 100 pk of each brand and compared them side by side for 2 months. Overall, the Solimo Amazon Brand performed better than the other two but one thing that stood out with all three is that they did not control urine odor well and that was with a daily change of any soiled pad. We would past the room and caught a whiff of urine. I never experienced that issue with the Four Paws brand. With that said and for a few cents more, I decided to continue to purchase the Four Paws brand. However, in my effort to reduce cost, I no longer buy the XL size which is typically 3x the price of the standard size pads. So now I use four overlapping pads and change them as needed instead of 2 XL large pads. It also works out better because sometimes I would have to change out the XL pads but it’s only used on one side bc my pup would soil the pad too much in the same spot which is very typical. Even though I’m using 4 pads now with the standard size, I can change one out and typically the other 3 will last sometimes for multiple days depending on where she soiled the paper but I still have enough floor coverage for when she poops. So if you’re looking for a wee wee pad at a lower price point, I would recommend the Solimo Amazon Brand pads as the runner-up. Take note that there are two Amazon Brand wee wee pads offered online, the other is cheaply made and not a good absorbent pad so look for Solimo. However, the best overall and still budget friendly wee wee pad for everyday use and for just a few cents more, go with the standard size Four Paws brand and very specifically look for the “Superior Performance” pad. There are differences in the number of layers and absorption within the Four Paws brand. These others include pads with Febreze and charcoal for odor control which don’t work. There is also the Insta-Rise Borders that also don’t work and the “Super Absorbent” pad which is not that super. So stick with the Four Paws Superior Performance which is the only 6 layer pad. The Four Paws with Febreze is expensive and even though it has 7 layers (the 7th being the Febreze liner), I don’t think it’s worth it price tag especially when many reviewers say that it didn’t live up to the odor control it claimed. ... show more
