The overall flavor is very rich and organic, and you can tell this is pure natural clover honey. But one stick is not enough for a standard 6-8oz coffee/tea cup. I need two for the plant taste to barely be noticeable, and three for my tea (just one bag) just to actually make it sweet or taste like honey.
