Picture made me think this jacket had sewn in cuffs to go over lil hands in cold weather. I was thrilled as no one really makes gloves/mittens that STAY ON little hands in the cold weather. Thought this company had finally figured out we need cuffed outerwear for the under 12mo crowd!!! I was wrong. It just has regular sleeves.
