Despite the fact that I have a bunch of random parts with no instructions on how to use them I think I got it put together correctly and it's pretty sturdy. I'm using it to hold my kids clothes and it hasn't fallen apart yet! It took about 35 minutes to put together but it wasn't hard to do. My only recommendation is that for wherever you are planning to use it keep it on carpet I don't think it would be as sturdy or reliable on a wood or tile surface ... show more

It’s nice and fits perfectly in my kids closet. Only complaint is that the material feels kinda cheap, looks like it will break relatively easily so I’d definitely recommend not putting things that me be on the heavy side. Putting it together was rather simple in retrospect however it was kind of annoying to build, I would’ve rather screwed some screws in that have to put each individual bar inside holes and hammering it down. ... show more

I absolutely hated putting this together because the plastic pieces to "snap" the shelves into do not hold the shelf securely. I typically find it very easy to put things like this together, but this was painful; however it does come with little zip ties to help hold the thing together. It's been up for about a month and so far it's holding, but I would not purchase again. ... show more

Well they do function well for my fabric for my craft room, it can be in different configurations, I bought two, and am dreading putting the second one together. I had to use a wood mallet to get the sections to slide all the way in to the connectors. Took me about an hour and a half to put together, had to take a break in between putting it together so my frustration didn’t lead me to throw it out the door ... show more

The first thing I noticed when unboxing was how difficult it would be to assemble - the squares came in slightly varying dimensions so getting everything put together properly and making it so a bit of weight wouldn't cause any of them to collapse was very hard. It almost feels like you're going to break the pieces when trying to force them into the joints, but I think they're a bit stronger than they look/feel thankfully. Once I was finished setting it up, I did notice there were quite a few pieces that were just too small to fit into two joints properly, and have already had one collapse on me. The inconsistency in sizing seems like it's part of the low price point, but as long as you don't plan to put anything on there that's >5lbs you should be fine. I attached two pictures of the same two square pieces connected to the front joint and the back joint to show how different they are. I followed the instructions and paid extra attention to making sure all the joints were pressed in properly at the bottom layers, and even went back and reassembled it to make sure I had assembled it correctly. Material is a bit weird for an organizer like this, I was expecting a more solid plastic-like material but it is a softer, stretchable plastic. Quality (besides the varying sizes) isn't too bad and I'd say decent for the price point. If you're looking for something simple that doesn't stand out and can fit quite a few (light) objects this would be a perfect purchase. ... show more

Originally I was looking for some type of easy to assemble, cube shaped solution to organize my closet with, & was going to pick a wire version of this set up - boy am I glad I picked this instead! Assembly was simple, the material is a strong, opaque “vinyl” material in a smokey grey, and lends itself to a lot of creativity with the cube configuration you can make.
