Worked out well for me
Color: 11 Oz – All White
I had one made as a gift. I had waited too long and needed to find something that could be made and shipped quicker than other sites. I was definitely apprehensive due to some of the reviews but I didn’t have much choice. It arrived in one piece and came out exactly as I had imagined. I had read some reviews that said the lettering (or images, I can’t remember) was ridiculously small. You have to expand the text box as you’re creating and editing the mug so that it fills up the entire mug space. I found it to be user friendly so I don’t know. I was able to fit 14 words in total (6 on one side and 8 on the other) with no issues. I don’t have a picture as I forgot to take one and already gave it away, but she loves it.

pleased
Color: 11 Oz – All White
Update from last time: Company reached out to me twice. First time I wasn't aware. They were respectful and timely in getting my order to me and considerate too. I'm grateful because I got the gift in time and my co-worker loves it and appreciates the customization behind it. Thank you to the company for keeping me calm and making a first bad experience a relieving one.
