The wood was rough on the edges. Part of the top peeled off when opening with sharper edges. The natural in the photo looks way more put together but this is like a piece of wood at lowes quickly cut to throw on the saying. From the photo it looks like it would at least be sealed but it is not. It was disappointing and we will need to find some sealant or paint to make it presentable. Otherwise it arrived quickly but was disappointed with the product. ... show more

This sign is beautiful! Unfortunately, my sign had a scratch on it. I’m pretty sure it was from the delivery man. He is often not gentle with packages. I sent a pic of the scratch and I received a new sign. Wonderful customer service and great quality sign!!! Can’t say enough wonderful things!!
